The Press
JDG was selected to assist with the revitalization of a residential project comprising two towers, located in the heart of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Constructed in 2006 on the site of a former press mill, these towers house a total of 150 residential units. However, the interior common areas had started to show signs of wear over the years.
