Our goal is to craft a space that works and is tailored to your needs. We focus on the details, thus creating a space that promotes the ultimate functionality and that is right on brand. Plans produced are extremely detailed and organized with a “no room for error” policy attached. You will receive a full plan package including lighting design, millwork design and more.

Once the design is approved, we move on to the preparation of permit plans and applications. Coordination between all consultants and permit submission services that include filling out all application forms, schedules, and submission till the permit is obtained

Once all finishes are selected and approved, we manage tender under the agreed upon budget for construction so that you will be able to plan accordingly.

The project then enters the construction phase. We do site visits and diligent coordination with the general contractor throughout the duration of construction.
